X'pey Indigenous Garden
Growing Connection Through Land, Culture, and Wellness
The X'pey Indigenous Garden is a culturally grounded, land-based healing program that honours the relationship between people, land, and wellness.
Through traditional plant medicine teachings, cultural practices, harvesting, ecological stewardship, and community gatherings, participants reconnect with Indigenous knowledge and the healing power of nature.
Rooted in Indigenous values and guided by Elders and Knowledge Keepers, the garden is a place for growing food and traditional medicines sustainably, cultural learning, reflection, and community activities.
The program embraces a holistic vision of health that nurtures physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing while fostering respectful relationships with the land for present and future generations.
